In order to be eligible a full refund (in full or in part) for purchases on our website; this includes individual courses and membership subscriptions; you must provide us with proof of purchase via our contact form for review.
In addition, we (Miss B’s CEU Corner) must have proof of that you have not been issued a certificate of completion ( for any and/all courses and memberships purchased).
If you have not used our services, following review of your account (review is completed within 72 hours of your request for refund/cancellation or purchase); and have not been issued a certificate of completion (meaning you did not complete the steps to be issued a certificate of completion for any course nor were issued a certificate of completion); and your refund is approved; you will be credited the appropriate amount; Please check with your credit card issuer regarding the amount of days it will take for any refund to be credited back to your account.
